For best results depending on your hair length put few spoons into a bowl and heat up in microwave.Massage the oil in your roots to stimulate blood flow and hair growth and all over your hair for extra hydration. You can leave it on for few hours or better solution leave it on overnight.Once u wash it off u will have silky frizz free moisturized hair without any toxins added in addition.

Coconut oil is amazing body lotion. It has huge moisturizing properties leading to a smooth firm skin.Coconut oil increases wounds healing rate due to its fatty acids that is because its stimulates collagen production.Its also amazing for treating many skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis.

Coconut oil is not only good for the body but for our face too.Dry skin loves coconut oil due to its super moisturizing properties in addition is contains many anti-fungal and antibacterial properties making sure our faces will be clearer from spots.
