Quick and simple oat cookies

This is a simple ingredient recipe that will be very enjoyable for healthy eating enthusiasts and any one who likes quick healthy sweet treats .
The ingredients are as follows: -Half a cup of oats -1 spoon of honey/sugar (add to your preference)
-1 egg -2 teaspoons of cinnamon
-2 teaspoons olive oil
-1 huge apple How to:
1.Grate the apple and add the egg, mix together. 2.Add the olive oil,cinnamon and oats.Mix everything until blended.
3.Line the tray with parchment paper.
4.Make cookie like balls and bake in 180'C for 30 minutes.
5.Check after 15 minutes of baking once ready wait for them to cool and enjoy.
