White Chocolate and Blueberry Cheesecake (Recipe)

I found this recipe from one of my favorite chefs.I have tried and tested this recipe many times without fail but I did decrease the white cheeses intake as i found it too much for my liking. all credit goes to the talented and wonderful Donal Skehan

No bake Delicious Goodness!! :)
If you are in the mood for something creamy and sweet with a dash of fruits this cheesecake is perfect for you.
Ingridients:
-250g Blueberries
-150g mascarpone cheese
-250g double cream
-400g white chocolate
-100g butter
-150g plain digestive biscuits
-150g full fat cream cheese
How to:
1.Bash the biscuits in a bag until you have fine crumbs.
2.Prepare a large saucepan melt the butter in it and mix the crumbs in.
3.Spread the mix into a springform tin and adjust.
4.Cover the tin and place in a fridge to let the mix set.
5.Prepare a heatproof bowl and place the white chocolate.
6.Set over a small saucepan and stir to melt.
7.Beat the mascarpone,Cream and cream cheese until combines.
8.Stir it through white chocolate and add your blueberries.
9.Lastly spread the mixture over the biscuit base and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
10.Serve and enjoy.
